Remember me?

Remember me?  That crazy woman who quit her day job to teach Yoga Nidra on Zoom!   Well, I am back from a summer of growing, learning and healing.  My summer highlights include a profound solo camping adventure in southern Utah, studying hypnotherapy including practicing on some friends, and saying good bye to my dad at a beautiful celebration of life in Michigan.  Interspersed between trips were a few hikes and trips to the reservoirs to escape the heat and now, just like that, summer is basically over.

While I no longer teach school, the fall season always feels like a great time to set new goals and start new routines.  Perhaps it is a throw back to my school days being a student and teacher getting a fresh start with new clothes, school supplies, routines, and the excitement of starting something new and different, so many possibilities!  Fall is basically the new year as far as I am concerned.  While I am adjusting to a different flow, no longer constrained by the confines of a school schedule, I find my self gearing up for the new year (September - June 2023/2024) with a Yoga Nidra Zoom offering.

Remember how great Yoga Nidra feels?  It is the perfect counterbalance to a busy life.  In case you forgot, the benefits of Yoga Nidra include; rejuvenating the body and the brain, reducing anxiety and lowering stress levels, increasing mind and body awareness, improving concentration, bolstering memory, purging negative and unnecessary thoughts, improving sleep, reducing chronic pain, enhancing cognitive function, and improving self awareness and presence, just to name a few!

The bees are ready for the fall sunflowers’ sweet nectar.  Are you ready to fall into a sweet weekly Yoga Nidra routine?

I am offering a weekly one hour Yoga Nidra Zoom Class on Wednesdays from 7 - 8 pm MDT
