Three down . . . Three to go!
Another great hypnosis workshop last weekend, thank you to those that came out for Creating and Manifesting with painting. Everyone, dove into the painting after our Creating and Manifesting hypnotic meditation. It was a peaceful, connected experience, I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did!
Teaching these Sunday workshops has been an incredible learning experience for me. Each month, I delve deeply into the subject matter as I prepare, allowing me to synthesize complex topics into digestible and meaningful lessons.
As I continue to grow and evolve, so do my workshops. I am now incorporating exciting new elements into the discussions and hypnosis sessions. This month, I introduced painting as a creative way to explore manifestation. In December, I will include restorative yoga asanas and breathwork to prepare the body for deep rest and relaxation. In February, I will add ecstatic dance as a somatic release for stuck emotions and stagnant energy. You will have to wait and see what is in store for January as it is still TBD!
These workshops have not only deepened my understanding of the material I teach, but they have also revealed overarching themes that have emerged over the past three sessions: 1) You already possess what you seek, and 2) accessing it requires fine-tuning your awareness. Hypnosis is a powerful modality for unlocking this awareness and connecting with your inner resources.
It has been an honor and privilege to introduce hypnosis to so many individuals and to share my passion and knowledge on the subject. I am excited about the remaining workshops in the series and look forward to what lies ahead.
It is hard to believe that I am already halfway through my Hypnosis Workshop Series. It has been incredibly fulfilling to witness so many people engaging in deep exploration of their inner worlds. Hump day Zoom Yoga Nidra class: Wednesday evenings 7 pm MST. Drop into a deeply restful yoga nidra mid week. We start with a breathing technique, then open the body through gentle yoga asanas, preparing the body to comfortably rest and relax for 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra.

Sunday, December 15th - Just in time for the holidays! Hypnosis workshop on stress relief and improving sleep. In this workshop we will explore techniques to help you de-stress and get a good night’s sleep! We will start with a restorative yoga and breath work experience to release tension in the body, then we will explore what may be blocking your ability to relax fully and get a solid night’s sleep through a series of questions used for self inquiry to identify possible roots of stress and sleep disruption. January 19th - Kick that habit or Start a Healthy One
Learn to harness the power of hypnosis to finally kick that bad habit for good—or better yet, start a new healthy habit! In this workshop, you'll discover the basic tools to uncover unconscious patterns and create your own hypnotic programming recording. Whether you’re looking to stop a bad habit or instill a healthy one, this workshop has you covered. Since all hypnosis is essentially self-hypnosis, you’ll learn how to use it on yourself to elevate your life to its greatest potential.You will receive a free hypnotic programing audio recording as a template to help you create your own.
February 16th - Opening the Heart, the key to true Emotional Wellbeing
Opening the heart is a cornerstone of hypnosis. This transformative practice helps address and release negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and unhelpful behavioral patterns. By delving into how these elements take root in our psyche, we gain insight into how unresolved emotions and beliefs disrupt our energetic balance, often leading to disharmony. Equally vital is cultivating the ability to navigate challenging emotions as they surface, allowing them to move through us freely rather than becoming blockages. In this workshop, we will explore a series of self-inquiry questions to uncover the root negative emotions and beliefs stored in the body.
