Not too long ago, I sent an email announcing there were three hypnosis workshops left. Well, things have shifted, and now there’s only ONE! Don’t worry—you haven’t been in a time warp; scheduling conflicts led to the cancellation of the December and January workshops. That means Sunday, February 16, from 12–2 PM, is your last chance to experience this transformative journey.

This final workshop, "Opening the Heart," will guide you through techniques to connect deeply with your emotions and learn sustainable ways to manage them. Through hypnosis, somatic release with Ecstatic Dance, and a powerful guided meditation, you’ll gain tools to:

Our culture has long struggled with emotions—particularly the "negative" ones like anger, fear, or sadness. Many of us were taught to suppress these feelings, “keep the peace,” and appear cool and collected. But suppressing emotions doesn’t make them disappear; it causes them to build up, only to leak out or erupt unexpectedly.

Imagine a scenario: Someone says something rude, and instead of addressing it, you bottle up your hurt. Hours or days later, your partner makes a minor offhand comment, and suddenly, you lash out or burst into tears. “Where did that come from?” you wonder. This cycle of suppression and unconscious release is what many of us are stuck in.

But what if you could interrupt that cycle?
What if you could embrace your emotions as they arise and use them as valuable signals to guide your actions?

This workshop will help you:

  • Develop emotional awareness using mindfulness techniques.

We’ll explore RAIN—a mindfulness tool to Recognize, Accept, Investigate, and Navigate emotions—and discover how to move through them in a way that heals rather than harms.
